KENNETH R. CARLSON FOUNDER - PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT Kenneth
R. Carlson, the company founder, received his architectural degree
from the University of Illinois, Champagne-Urbana, in 1974. He is
licensed in the states of Florida and Colorado. Mr. Carlson has
more than 25 years of experience in architectural design, construction
document development, and construction administration. Mr. Carlson
has an extensive design background, and his knowledge of local design
and construction practices, building codes, and cost trends has
allowed for the development of a design team that is experienced
and cost-effective.

DAVID
HETUE
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT David
Hetue is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he received
his Master of Architecture degree in 1976. With more than 25 years
of experience in architecture, construction, and development,
Mr. Hetue has consistently enhanced his skills and broadened his
experience base while serving as a lead project architect on many
different project types. Mr. Hetue has also done extensive construction
documents work for many interior design projects throughout south
Florida. His skill and dedication make him an asset to both this
firm and its clients.

STEVE
TORP
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Steve Torp received his degree in architecture in 1976 from the
New York Institute of Technology and has more than 25 years of
experience in architecture and is licensed in Florida and California.
He has served as lead project architect for a diverse range of
commercial, industrial, educational, food service, medical, and
residential developments. His high architectural standards are
demonstrated through his proficiency in design development, construction
documentation, and contract administration. His experience, expertise
and flexibility contribute to the success of each project.
